Ashley Black
Ashley grew up with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis but defied the odds to become a competitive gymnast. At 28, she was stricken with a deadly bone disease, lost most of her pelvic bones, became septic, and experienced a near-death experience. She came back with a mission: to understand the body and help others heal.
That mission led her to fascia, the energetic web that exists within all of us. Her obsession with helping people look and feel their best led to the invention of the FasciaBlaster, a 10-figure empire, 10 million social followers, and scientific acclaim. Ashley now lives in the heart of Costa Rica's Blue Zone, immersed in the science of longevity.
